The Suho Memorial Paper Museum was founded with a mission to educate and enlighten its visitors through interactive exhibitions and activities. Paper is a product that may seem ordinary and common, but in this museum it reflects the unique history and culture of Taiwan. Suho Museum is dedicated to the curation of Taiwanese paper artifact that allows visitors to discover the beauty of paper and its creative fusion with complex materials.
The museum is specially constructed with visitors’ participation in the museum’s exhibits and activities in mind. There are 4 main sections in the museum – the ‘Showroom + Paper Mill’, ‘Suho Platform Special Exhibit’, ‘Permanent Exhibition Area’ and the ‘Activity Experience Area’. Visitors get to appreciate the exhibits, watch demonstrations by staff on how paper is made and even experience a hands-on paper-making session on their own.
